They would combine traditional folk instruments with western style brass and electric guitars. The band fell into obscurity as the 1975 military coup, which aimed to overthrow modern influences within society, spread throughout the country. Fortunately the band’s recordings managed to survive the decades of military rule. This LP features their 45 tracks plus previously unreleased songs. Listen to “Kamlat“.
